At our Head Office in Selsey you will have access to our onsite gym with 2 qualified personal trainers (who provide free fortnightly personal training sessions during work time).  If you are based elsewhere we can provide you with subsidised gym membership.

Flexi-time Scheme

We operate a flexi-time scheme, to support a great work/life balance.  If you have worked additional hours, for the needs of the business, this time can be accrued and taken as Lieu Days – up to the maximum accrual limit set by the Company.  Prorated for part-timers.

Christmas Shutdown

The business closes between Christmas and New Year so you will be paid for any days that you should have worked during that period – that are not classed as Bank Holidays – in addition to your annual leave.

We allow you up to one weeks paid Charity Leave per year.

Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Shared Parental pay – Maternity pay rises from 4 weeks to 8 weeks’ top-up pay (based on 3 years’ length of service).
